We stayed in a hotel located on the outskirts of the Medina, with great views of the city from our spacious and clean room. the terrace gave us breathtaking views during breakfast and dinner. the service was friendly and professional, with helpful owners who made us feel welcome. the location was handy for taxi pick-ups as we ventured to the Zenjfour district for the Music Festival.
There were some safety concerns with the local area, requiring us to remain cautious while walking around.

Choosing for lunch the ruined garden, which is situated 700 feet away was a good idea. Totally good experience. Lovely place for a city trip in Fez! Location, short way from all attractions...

A beautiful place to spend the New Year celebrations. the stained-glass windows were a highlight, and the room decor was a step back in time. the breakfast was certainly filling and tasty. We enjoyed great dinners and were impressed with the superb service during our stay. We appreciated the polite response when we declined additional services.
The hotel had too many broken or malfunctioning features in the room, including the TV and shower drain. We found the beds hard and uncomfortable.

Celebrating Christmas at this hotel was a dream come true. The hotel was beautifully designed, with intricate decorations and a charming ambiance. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square and with stunning views of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were always available to answer questions and provide recommendations. The breakfast buffet was the perfect start to the day, with a wide selection of tasty options to choose from.
The limited parking. We had to park far away and walk uphill to the hotel, which was difficult with our luggage.

the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room were a great way to unwind. the Jacuzzi and massage services were perfect for relaxing after exploring the surrounding area. the restaurant served delicious meals, as well as in, room breakfast upon request. the bar/lounge area made for a great evening hangout, and the sun terrace and garden area provided a beautiful view. the private facilities were spacious and comfortable, adding to our luxurious experience.
The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of live entertainment. Though the leisure/TV room was available for entertainment, the absence of live music or performances on, site could have added to the atmosphere of the venue.
